Return Policy

We are so sorry things didn't work out for you. We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your order for items that have not been worn. The date of delivery can be found by using the tracking number that was emailed to you. All items must be in original packaging. You can't return anything that's worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. This also includes smell. Items marked as final sale cannot be returned. If an item you purchased goes on sale within 1 day of your order's purchase date, a refund for the price difference will be issued in the form of online store credit.

Refund of Sale Items

If you placed your order during a sale period or on at discounted price, your order is NOT eligible for a refund. All orders placed during sales are non-refundable and are FINAL sale. If you ordered an item that was on sale, this item is not eligible for a return.

USA Returns

Returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  1. Start your return by clicking the chat box in the right corner. Please attach your order number and reason for your return along with the returned items in the original packaging. A return address will be displayed for you.
  2. Please note, returns for a refund are credited to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal). Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  3. We do NOT offer return shipping labels.

International Refunds

You must email us within 14 days from the day you received your package. We will send you the return address. Please write your order # on the outside of the package. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

 

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
