We are so sorry things didn't work out for you. We accept returns within 10 days of receipt of your order for items that have not been worn. The date of delivery can be found by using the tracking number that was emailed to you. All items must be in original packaging. You can't return anything that's worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. This also includes smell. Items marked as final sale cannot be returned. If an item you purchased goes on sale within 1 day of your order's purchase date, a refund for the price difference will be issued in the form of online store credit.
Refund of Sale Items
If you placed your order during a sale period, your order is NOT eligible for a refund. All orders placed during sales are non-refundable and are FINAL sale.
Returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $5.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Start your return by emailing email@example.com with your order number and reason for your return. A return address will be sent to you.
- Please note, returns for a refund are credited to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal). Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We do NOT offer return shipping labels.
You must email us within 10 days from the day you received your package. We will send you the return address. Please write your order # on the outside of the package. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
- Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
