The quality of the satin is great. Not cheap and scratchy and thin like some other brands who have a big share of the market. I love the elastic (totally inside satin) that helps the turban stay on. I love that the label is classy and sewn into the inside edge of the turban. However, the knot takes some getting used to. It is very stylish, but also somewhat cumbersome. It takes some getting used to. I hit it with my car’s sun visor and that was not pleasant. It’s also hard to sleep it. At first because it feels like a stumpy unicorn horn if you aren’t used to it, but for practical reasons the knot is heavy and the weight of gravity will pull it off of your head during the night. It has even woken me up. So this is a lovely understated glam turban to wear out, but I also bought it for sleeping and it doesn’t work for that.
