We really appreciate you doing your research before opting to wear a head wrap turban! Please read our blog post on cultural appropriation and head wraps HERE. The short answer is everyone can wear head wraps and turbans.
All Loza Tam products are dry clean only. Do NOT place your Loza Tam products in the washer or dryer. You can also wash the products by hand by using a mild detergent to clean and allow to air dry.
Purchasing, Shipping & Returns
We're so sorry your item didn't work out. Please read our return policy HERE. If you purchased an item during any of our sale periods, the item is FINAL SALE.
If you've read our return policy, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to get your return request started. Be sure to include your order number, date of order, reason for the return and the email address associated with your order.
Please allow up to 2 business days for an order to be processed and shipped. After your order is processed and shipped, it can take between 2 - 3 business days to receive your items via mail carrier if you are in the United States. If you are located outside of the United States, it can take between 7 - 14 days depending on what country you live in.
If an item you would like is limited edition, then it may not be restocked. However, please sign up to our mailing list in the footer of the website to be notified when an item restocks. You can also click HERE to see if an item will be restocked. We update this list once per month.
We offer worldwide shipping to most countries via the United States Postal Service or DHL. Please see the list below to see if we ship to your country.

If a package is marked/tracked as "Delivered" by the carrier, we cannot process a refund or re-ship for that order. If you are enrolled in the "My Choice" program and have agreed that no signature be required, Loza Tam will not be held responsible for a loss of package.
