Frequently Asked Questions

The Headband I want is Out of Stock. How Can I Be Notified When It Is Restocked?

We hate it when that happens! All of our headbands are handmade by women entrepreneurs in Ghana, which means that our team puts a little extra love in each one. To be notified when your favorite headband is restocked, please sign up to our email list here.

We appreciate your patience and support. 🙂

Which Size Headband is Best For Me?

Our headbands come in two (2) widths – 4.25 inches or 7 inches. The 4.25 inch headband is perfect for someone who has shorter length hair (a TWA) or if you are looking for more of a traditional headband. The 7 inch headband is a great option, if you want to wear the headband on the back of the head in a pineapple type style.

I Don't Have Natural Hair. Can I Wear the Headbands?

Absolutely! The headbands work for all hair textures.

I Haven't Received My Order. What Do I Do?

Most orders ship out within 2 business days of the order date. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an “Order Completion” email with your USPS Tracking number. To track your order, please visit our Order Tracking page. Enter in the email address associated with your order, the order number found in your order completion email, and click the “Track” button. This will take you to the United States Postal Service (USPS) page. Here, you can see exactly where your order is located and its status.

Do The Headbands Come in Different Sizes?

The headband features an elastic band at the back to accommodate various head sizes and to ensure a snug fit.

The Print I Ordered Doesn't Look Like The One Online.

Each headband is cut from a large piece of fabric, which makes each print unique! Sometimes, the arrangement of the print you see on the product detail page will not exactly match the print you receive. This ensures that each headband is different and original.

How Do I Care For The Headbands?

To care for your headband, place it in the washing machine with like colors in cold water. Use cold water to maintain the vibrancy of the print. Allow the headband to air dry. Do NOT place in the dryer. To remove wrinkles, iron on a flat surface (print side) on a low heat setting.
