Due to the elastic band in the back, this headband is one size fits most. If your head circumference measures under 22", the headband may fit a bit loose. Recommended head circumference is 22 - 24"

Wide Headband (7") Or Regular (3")? 

If you would like more coverage on your head, we recommend a the wide headband. It measures 7" from front to back and can be folded in on itself to get the look at fit of a traditional headband. You can also wear the headband on the back of your head for more of a pineapple style. 

The 3" headbands is perfect is you want a traditional headband look.
